ANGEL LIGGINS

Operations Administrative Supervisor

Angel has over 25 years of experience in the EMS field with various leadership roles.

Throughout her career, Angel has served in various roles and gained extensive knowledge and expertise in this domain.

One of Angel's notable achievements is being a Master EVOC (Emergency Vehicle Operator Course) instructor for over 20 years. This role involves training and certifying EMS personnel in the safe and efficient operation of emergency vehicles. Angel has honed her skills in this area and helped countless individuals develop the necessary skills to navigate emergency situations with precision and caution.

Additionally, Angel has also spent 10 years as an EMS education instructor. In this capacity, Angel has had the opportunity to share her knowledge and experiences with aspiring EMS professionals.

Angel has also served 8 years in the United States Navy.

CORD LEYENDECKER

EMT/CCT Paramedic, Field Operations Supervisor

Cord has 13 years of EMS experience comprised of functioning as an EMT,CCT Paramedic and Field Operations Supervisor.

Cord's Passion is pre-hospital care, and he believes in always putting the patient first.

Cord views success as a product of collective effort and teamwork and should always be a common goal amongst all.

HOLLY CHEVALIER

Logistics Lead

Holly joined Positive medical transportation in October 2019 as a dispatcher.

With dedication and hard work she was promoted to the role of Logistics Manager and Fleet Coordinator in April 2021.

Holding an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Office Administration she brings a strong foundation in healthcare administration to her work.

Prior to joining Positive Medical Transportation she spent 10 years with the department of Juvenile Justice, where she was promoted to the position of Business Manager. In this role she successfully managed accounts payable, payroll, and served as an assistant to the regional human resources manager.

Communications Supervisor

Delbra has 24 years of EMS experience as a dispatcher and is part of the Communications Leadership team.

In addition to being loved by all, Delbara has been a mentor and go-to for many employees and has been vital to new hire training programs.

MICHAEL FULTON

Safety & Risk / System Status Manager

Michael Fulton is a dedicated professional with more than three decades of experience in EMS and health care transportation.

Throughout his career, he has worked in various domains of the medical field, including Operations, Communications, Logistics, and special projects and has gained a comprehensive understanding of the industry.

Currently, he serves as the Safety and Risk Manager, where he prioritizes the well-being of our employees by implementing preventive measures and identifying potential risks.

RENITA sUTTON

Communications Supervisor

Renita is a dynamic Communications Supervisor with approximately 8 years of experience in communications and customer service.

She recently earned her Emergency Medical Dispatcher certification this past year.

You can catch her answering the phone, dispatching ambulances, creating a positive work culture, crafting, or just simply enjoying her family time.

STEVE CUTTS

EMT/CCT Paramedic Field Operations Supervisor

Steven has 18 years of EMS experience and is currently functioning as an EMT, CCT Paramedic and Field Operations Supervisor.

Steve is a very dedicated and driven individual who has always held himself to a high standard, which is reflected in his work ethic, and quality of patient care.

In correlation with his many years of field experience, Steven has served several of those years working in a first response zone as well as 6 years as a firefighter.

Steven has always been involved in leadership roles and believes a strong team is a key element in overall success.

DR. SANDRA SCHWEMMER

D.O., FACOEP-D, FACEP, FAAOE, HCRM

Dr. Schwemmer is a Board Certified emergency physician, who has over thirty year's experience in prehospital medicine and emergency medicine. She began her emergency medical career in south Florida and the Florida Keys where she established emergency medical services and prehospital services. She has served as Medical Director for private and governmental EMS agencies, assisting with start-ups for four ground EMS and transport services, and an air medical rotor wing program.

She is a distinguished Fellow in the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians and has served on the Board of FLACEP and the national board of directors for ACOEP and has received many awards. She is qualified in EMS and Occupational Medicine, and is a FL licensed healthcare risk manager.

She serves as Assistant Professor, Department of Medical Education at the University of Miami, where she works with the Gordon Center and has publications addressing prehospital stroke care and prehospital use of telemedicine. She was part of the original group of physicians establishing the Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine and it's Foundation and is a founding member of the Health Professions Board of Governors of Nova Southeastern University.

She established an emergency service company providing emergency physician staffing to hospitals in south Florida, EMS Medical Direction, and as well as providing contract services to other hospitals and outpatient facilities in Florida and provided medical billing. She is an experienced ED medical director, training multiple ED medical directors, as well as many EMTs and Paramedics, and served as Medical Director of an EMT training program.

She has numerous personal and professional accomplishments and has served on many regional, State and National Boards and committees as an expert in emergency medicine, EMS, and quality management. She was appointed to the Florida Board of Osteopathic Medicine and chaired the Board from 1990-1992, and again in 2015 through 2023, serving as Vice-Chair, and Chair for three years.

She served as Medical Director of the Palm Beach County Trauma Agency for ten years overseeing the trauma system and trauma quality, writing Palm Beach County Trauma Standard Transport Protocols and Trauma Interfacility Criteria used by 11 EMS agencies, 13 acute care hospitals, 3 freestanding EDs, oversight of 2 rotor-wing air ambulances, and trauma registry data. She also served as Medical Director of Healthy Palm Beaches, a Medicaid managed care plan.

In 2018 she produced the comprehensive trauma plan for Region 5 Central FL Regional Disaster Medical Coalition Trauma Agency which includes 9 counties, 6 trauma centers, 6 Freestanding EDs, 19 EMS agencies, 9 air medical service providers in various counties. The coalition is active today coordinating trauma care in Region 5.

With years of professional and business experience, Dr. Schwemmer will serve as Medical Director, consultant for ELITE Medical Response.

MIKE CHEVALIER

Mechanic

Mike started his journey at Bridgestone/Firestone in 2007, swiftly progressing to the role of sales manager by 2009.

In 2011, he obtained a class A CDL and embarked on an exciting career as an over the road driver. Driven by his love for the mechanic field, he joined a Nissan dealership and earned his ASE and Nissan Certified Master Tech credentials in 2015, eventually becoming the shop foreman.

Mike is ASE certified with additional certifications in EV, HEV, and Diesel.

Mike is currently a part of the ELITE TEAM specializing in maintaining and repairing fleet ambulances.

With 16 years of combined experience, He strives to deliver exceptional service and ensure vehicle safety.

CHRISTOPHER DAVIES

EMT/CCT Paramedic Field Operations Supervisor

Chris joined the EMS field as a paratransit driver in 2017. His desire for serving others was apparent as he moved into the Driver Supervisor position while attending EMT class.

He graduated and received his EMT license in January of 2019. Riding on an ALS ambulance he knew he wanted to become a Paramedic. So, he did just that, obtaining his Paramedic license in 2022.

Not only does he raise the bar on himself, but he also challenges those around him to raise their bar too.
